These terms govern your use of the ServerBuilds website and configurator. Separate written terms of supply apply when you place an order for hardware; this page covers your use of the site itself.

The website is operated by our UK entity (Company Registration No. 08828896, VAT 184331805) and our German entity (Charlottenburg, HRB 275591 B, Tax No. 30/462/51305). By using the site you agree to the terms below.

1. Use of the site

• You may use the site to research products, build configurations, and contact us about quotes or orders.
• You must not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content at high volume, or otherwise disrupt its operation.
• You are responsible for any content you submit through forms or the configurator, and for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

2. Configurations & quotes

Configurations and prices generated by the configurator are indicative until confirmed in a written quote. Component availability, lead times, and prices can change without notice. Nothing on the site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance — binding orders are placed through our sales team and confirmed in writing.

3. Intellectual property

The site, including its design, copy, photography, and configurator logic, is owned by ServerBuilds and protected by copyright, trademark, and database-rights laws. Vendor logos (HPE, GIGABYTE, ASUS, Supermicro, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for descriptive purposes.

You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative works from site content without our prior written permission.

4. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external sites.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep product specifications, lead times, and pricing accurate, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is current at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServerBuilds excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

Where you contract with our UK entity, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Where you contract with our German entity, German law applies and the courts of Berlin have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
